What you will do:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather and analyze data from various sources (internal systems, market reports, competitor analysis, etc.).
    • Identify trends, patterns, and key performance metrics relevant to the Management’s priorities.
    • Conduct operational, financial and market analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  2. Strategic Support:
    • Evaluate new opportunities, such as market expansion, product launches, or partnerships, by analyzing potential risks and benefits.
    • Provide scenario modeling and forecasting to assist with planning and decision-making.
    • Support the Management in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations, or strategic reviews.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with different departments (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to collect relevant data and insights.
    • Act as a bridge between the CEO’s office and other teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
  4. Project Management
    • Proficient in Project Management, especially in handling strategic projects and collaboration with counterparts
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend data-driven improvements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative analysis techniques to the role.
  6. Report Preparation and Visualization:
    • Develop clear and concise presentations, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
    • Translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.


What you will need:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  2. 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  3. Experience working with senior executives or in high-pressure environments is a plus.
  4. Strong ability to work with data, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and draw actionable conclusions.
  5. Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  6. Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is an advantage.
  7. Understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and market dynamics.
  8. Understanding Business Model and Go To Market (GTM) Strategy.
  9. Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Meticulous approach to data validation and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
