What you will do:
- Searching prospective clients either through previous relationship or seek for new opportunities, includes present company profile and discover client's needs
- Present company credential to prospective clients and follow through up to closing
- Draft proposal outline and review proposal to ensure it is in line with client's business need (based on brief)
- Participate in PR program set-up by Head of BD
- Maintain a positive client servicing level with new and existing clients
- Supervise on-going projects includes monitoring the timeline, progress, and reporting it to the client and C-level
- Regular meeting with internal BD team regarding projects, clients, targets, progress, complaints, and aspirations
- Achieve individual and team target
- With BDM provide coaching and mentoring sessions for BDE
- Master basic knowledge of market research, selling strategy
- Keep updated with Company's Product/ Solutions/ Offerings
What you will need:
- Proven work experience in Business Development or a similar role min 7-8 years
- Accustomed conducting cold calling
- Good command in English
- Excellent communication skill
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Having experience in the market research industry is a plus
