Become a Freelance Content Analysis for Our Research Team:
A Content Analyst in a market research company is responsible for analyzing qualitative audio/video recordings or transcripts to uncover trends, themes, and insights. This role involves, categorizing, and interpreting content. The Content Analyst's insights help the research team uncover insight quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large sets of unstructured data (text, audio, video, etc.) from various sources such as focus groups, in depth interview, etc.
- Categorize, and group data into themes using appropriate qualitative analysis techniques or software.
- Organize and manage content to ensure it is easily accessible and can be efficiently analyzed.
- Work closely with market researchers and PM teams to integrate content analysis findings into broader market research projects.
- Proficient in using Microsoft and Google sheet
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content analysis, qualitative research, preferably within a market research setting (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proven experience analyzing qualitative data from focus groups discussions or in-depth interviews.
- Experience with sentiment analysis.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and interpret qualitative data.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to focus on the nuances in data and identify emerging patterns.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Having an ability to comprehend English audio is a must.
