Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.

What you will do:

  1. Drive Digital Growth
    Lead performance marketing, social media, and KOL strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue.
  2. Own SEO & Organic Acquisition
    Develop and execute SEO initiatives to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and lead generation.
  3. Manage Lead Generation & Conversion
    Optimize the entire marketing funnel, from campaign execution to website conversion and customer acquisition.
  4. Leverage Data & Analytics
    Monitor marketing performance, measure ROI, and provide insights to improve channel effectiveness and budget allocation.
  5. Lead Growth Initiatives & Collaboration
    Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns, support product launches, and identify new growth opportunities.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and KOL/Influencer Marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and measurable business growth.
  • Strong experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Understanding email marketing, marketing automation, and attribution models is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
