Focusing on the fact that Indonesian consumers are super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.

What will you do:

1. Develop and maintain all company's financial policies and systems.
2. Gather financial data for analysis such as prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
3. Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
4. Publish monthly financial statements
5. Regularly audit processes to maintain the integrity of financial operations while implement and oversee internal controls to prevent fraud
6. Ensure that the company has adequate risk management policies and procedures in place
7. Ensure the company's compliance with local and federal regulatory matters.
8. Manage legal compliance related to finance and tax regulations
9. Acts as liaison between the company and the public on financial matters.
10. Ensure positive yet mutual relationship with venture capital partners.
11. Develop internal team as the company grows.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in the finance and accounting field     
2. 5 years of experiences as head of finance or similar role    
3. Hands-on experience with cash flow, budgeting, and risk management    
4. Extensive knowledge in data analysis and forecasting models    
5. Proficient in accounting software
6. Proficient in English
