What you will do:
  • Licensing & reporting using OSS.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of legal strategies.
  • Stay informed about changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that may affect the company's business operations, and best practice.
  • Ensure that legal initiatives support and facilitate the company's growth and compliance.
  • Identify and assess legal risks and vulnerabilities within the organization
  • Assisting in drafting & reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks in business transactions. Ensure contracts comply with Indonesian laws.
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
  • Participating in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties.
  • Maintain corporate governance standards and practices, including compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Assisting in the management and coordination of legal projects and cases.
  • Manage the resolution of legal disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation and records.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Monitor the company's compliance with all relevant Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards.
  • Preparing legal reports and presentations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity in all legal activities.

What you will need
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience working as a Legal Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of company law, civil law, IPR law, employment law, data protection law, and ITE law.
  • Rich experience on contract drafting,
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English at least writing and reading.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
