What you will do:
What you will need
- Licensing & reporting using OSS.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of legal strategies.
- Stay informed about changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that may affect the company's business operations, and best practice.
- Ensure that legal initiatives support and facilitate the company's growth and compliance.
- Identify and assess legal risks and vulnerabilities within the organization
- Assisting in drafting & reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and minimize legal risks in business transactions. Ensure contracts comply with Indonesian laws.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
- Participating in meetings and discussions with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties.
- Maintain corporate governance standards and practices, including compliance with corporate laws and regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assisting in the management and coordination of legal projects and cases.
- Manage the resolution of legal disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Provide guidance and advice on legal and regulatory compliance matters.
- Maintaining accurate and organized legal documentation and records.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal obligations.
- Monitor the company's compliance with all relevant Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards.
- Preparing legal reports and presentations.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and professional integrity in all legal activities.
What you will need
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law.
- Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience working as a Legal Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of company law, civil law, IPR law, employment law, data protection law, and ITE law.
- Rich experience on contract drafting,
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English at least writing and reading.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
