as an HRBP you will Perform a wide range of HR tasks to support the HR division with key focuses on organizational development: performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Learning & Development: Analyze competency gaps, design & deliver training programs, manage training vendors, and maintain training database
- Performance Management: Drive end-to-end performance cycle, collaborate with leaders on KPI setting, and manage talent reviews, PIP, and IDP
- Organization Management: Maintain and update organization structure and org chart
- Employee Engagement: Design and execute engagement initiatives
- HR Data & Analytics: Manage and analyze HR data to generate insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role
- Proven experience handling TA, L&D, Performance Management, and HR Analytics
- Experience partnering with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Advance in Excel, G-suite, Data reporting
- Experience in Tech or other fast paced company.
- Fluent in English
