About the role

Populix is seeking a determined individual to assist in expanding our business. The primary responsibilities include sourcing new respondents for our research, particularly for quantitative projects, and daily monitoring of their participation.

What will you do:

  • Search for new samples or respondents in the field.
  • Verify that samples or respondents meet project requirements and are of high quality.
  • Follow up with willing respondents for research samples.
  • Organize and review respondents' daily progress and results, including data checks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve desired outcomes.

What will you need:

  • Min 1 year of experience as a field recruiter/coordinator in a market research company.
  • Bachelor's degree in a human-related field (Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics are preferable).
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Independent, good communication skills.
  • Problem solver, approachable.
  • Data-driven, good analytical thinking.
  • Preferably able to communicate in the English language.
