Focusing on the fact that Indonesian consumers are super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.
 

What will you do:

1. Assisting/Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of legal strategies.
2. Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
3. Evaluate research methodology and key data to ensure accuracy.
4. Execute online and offline documents or agreements signing to BOD and other Head of Divisions.
    

What will you need:

1. ⁠Last Semester or Bachelor's degree in Law
2. ⁠Domiciled in the Jabodetabek area is preferred
3. ⁠Proficient in English both writing and reading.
4. ⁠Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear and effective legal advice and interact with internal stakeholders and legal department members;
5. ⁠Has approachable personality;
6. ⁠Has the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. ⁠Has high enthusiasm for learning to review and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents;
8. ⁠Has high enthusiasm to conduct research, analyze statutes, regulations, case law, and is eager to deep dive knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, with a focus on corporate, commercial, and technology law;
9. ⁠Upholds to the highest ethical standards and professional integrity and accountability;
