What you will do:
Recruitment & Onboarding- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering psychological tests, extending job offers, and coordinating onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation, candidate data, and administrative tasks are accurate, organized, and updated in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks for training programs, including scheduling, invitations, attendance, materials preparation, evaluations, and post-training documentation.
- Maintain the training database and support HR in executing learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing employee engagement events and internal activities to strengthen team spirit and enhance company culture.
- Gather feedback from employees and collaborate with the HR team to propose improvement ideas for engagement programs.
- Support HR operations, including employee data management, HR documentation, contract preparation, and HR reporting.
- Ensure HR files, records, and systems are well-maintained, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Assist in day-to-day HR activities and projects as needed.
- Act as an approachable point of contact for employees regarding general HR inquiries.
- Provide support in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a human-related field (Psychology preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Ability to administer psychological test tools.
- A self-starter with strong initiative.
- Clear and structured communication skills.
- Persuasive and able to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Approachable and able to build good rapport with candidates and team members.
- Data-driven with strong analytical thinking.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
