What you will do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and Linkedin.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance to achieve marketing goals
- Prepare clear and effective creative asset briefs for designers and content teams
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and lead quality
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content to align campaign execution with business objectives
- Minimum 3 years of experience in running B2B performance marketing
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analysis into actionable improvements
- Expert understanding of marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital ads dashboards
- Understanding SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation will be considered a plus point
- Proven experience in managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion funnels, and performance optimization
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns or projects effectively
