HR Operation Executive

as an HR Generalist you will Perform a wide range of HR tasks to support the HR division with key focuses on organizational development: performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
Responsibility:
1. Compensation & Benefits Support
- Support monthly payroll preparation and data validation to ensure accuracy of employee data, attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in the HR system
- Assist in the administration of BPJS, insurance, medical claims, and other employee benefits
- Prepare regular HR operational reports related to headcount, attendance, payroll supporting data, and employee benefits
- Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal finance team for payroll-related documentation and follow-up
- Support annual processes such as salary review, bonus administration, and tax document preparation
2. HR Administration
- Maintain employee database and ensure all HR documents are properly updated and filed
- Prepare HR letters and documents such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and other administrative documents
- Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and confidential
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration processes
3. General Affairs Support
- Coordinate office operational needs including office supplies, assets, and facility maintenance
- Liaise with external vendors for office services, building management, courier, and other GA-related matters
- Support company events, employee engagement activities, and internal operational arrangements
- Monitor office asset inventory and ensure proper documentation
4. Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data reconciliation)
- Generate periodic HR operational dashboards and reports for management review
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Support, or General Affairs
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
5. Basic reporting and dashboard preparation
6. Familiar with HR administration processes (employee data management, attendance and leave administration, payroll preparation support, benefit administration, HR documentation)
7. Experience in supporting compensation & benefits processes, including payroll data checking, BPJS/insurance administration, and employee benefits coordination
8. Experience in handling General Affairs operational support, such as office administration, vendor coordination, asset management, and office facilities
9. Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
10. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
